License agreement:
Eagle Eye Productions (Licensor) is willing to License Image(s) to Buyer (Licensee)
only upon the condition that Licensee accepts all of the terms of this
agreement.
Unless otherwise specifically stated all licenses are Non-Exclusive and are
for Personal and Educational purposes only. No images may be used for
commercial or advertising purposes without the exclusive prior written
permission of Eagle Eye Productions.
Licensor reserves all rights in the Image(s) of every kind and nature,
including, without limitation, electronic publishing and use rights, in any
and all media throughout the World, now existing and yet unknown, that are
not specifically licensed or transferred by this agreement.
This agreement shall not be assignable or transferable without the prior
written consent of Licensor.
No License is valid until payment in full has been received by Licensor.
Fees for licensing of additional available rights will be quoted upon
request.
